Shell fabric material: 100% Polyester mechanical stretchable twill with recycled TPE laminated

Fabric performance: Waterproof 12000mm, breathable 8000 g/m2/24hr, DWR。

Sustainability: Recycled Polyester yarn, Rudolf PFC free Bionic finishing DWR.

Test standard: ASTM E96 BW-1995

Lining material: Sleeves & body polyamide taffeta, center back body quilted bonding 3D mesh.

Padding: 100g/m2 on body, 80g on sleeves, Thermolite brand from INVISTA.

Zips: YKK Waterproof zips on CF and pockets, making it a real Luxury ski jacket.

Snow gaiter: Zip off detachable

1.What’s the quality level do you think you can get for us?

We have produced for many famous quality-oriented brands, quality is always our top principle, no matter it’s high level or price point customer. 

2.Can we make samples in your factory? What’s the sample charge?

Yes, any sampling request is very welcome. We usually offer prototype in 2 weeks. We don’t usually charge for proto samples/pp samples, we only charge for salesman samples. However, if there is no order placed, prototype will be charged.

3.What’s your leading time?

Depending on quantity, usually 20-60 days after PP sample confirmed.
