The design of skid meets project specifications required by EPC and customer, and implements local standards and regulations. The skid is designed to meet SIS, HAZOP, and the electrical system is designed to meet ATEX or IEC and other explosion-proof requirements according to customer requirements.
The platform is highly integrated by upper and lower layers, saving time of on-site installation and commissioning. Only some flanges and cables need to be connected when skid is arrived at site, the installation and commissioning are simple.
For acid and alkali media, it is recommended to use 316Ti with good corrosion resistance, or line all pipeline and valves with PTFE. Other materials are base on customer requirements and media characteristics.
For the viscous medium which needs to keep at a certain temperature, heat tracing and thermal insulation layer are recommended. The heat tracing is optional with electric heating and steam heating.
For media with high airtightness requirements, Dry Coupler, API Coupler, ACME coupler, KJB coupler, etc., can be used on tanker, which can reduce the possibility of operator directly contacting with fluid and improve safety level of operations.
A level switch can be equipped on the loading arm to detect whether the tanker is full.
For loading flammable and explosive media, fire-proof and explosion-proof materials and electrical equipment will be considered in designs.
Equipped with electrostatic grounding controller to monitor the grounding status of tanker in real time.
Loading and unloading process and the standby state are automatically monitored. The audio and visual alarm and interlocking functions can be activated by abnormal signals detecting from temperature, pressure, flow, valve status, electrostatic grounding, and position switch.
Can be connected with DCS and SIS systems, and monitored by the main control system of factory.
